How to prepare for your recovery session

A well-hydrated body responds better to massage, helping your muscles release tension and recover more effectively.

Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to unwind, breathe, and settle in. This gives you a moment to transition from the outside world into your time of rest and renewal.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of. You’ll undress to your comfort level — professional draping is always maintained for privacy and safety.

Eat something light 1–2 hours beforehand to stay comfortable during your session.
