Before you book your next appointment please read through our policies

    • Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty. After that, a new deposit is required to secure your new booking.

    • To cancel or reschedule without forfeiting your deposit, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur an additional charge of 25% of the service price, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

    • In the event of severe weather or emergencies, Amethyst Magnolia may reschedule appointments. Clients will not be penalized, and deposits will be applied to the new date.

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service price is required to secure all appointments.

    • The remaining balance is due at the end of your session and can be paid via cash, credit, or debit card.

    • Gratuity is not included but is appreciated. Recommended tipping is 15–20% of the service total.on text goes here

    • You are welcome to bring one quiet guest who is not receiving services. Guests must respect the serene environment; disruptive behavior will result in them being asked to leave.

    • Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.

    • Please silence cell phones during your session to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

    • There is a 5-minute grace period for arrivals. After that, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients.

    • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in appointment cancellation, forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

    • Your health and safety are our top priority. If you are feeling unwell, have contagious symptoms (e.g., fever, coughing, respiratory issues), or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with an infectious illness, please reschedule.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives displaying symptoms of illness. Deposits will be forfeited in this case.

    • Certain medical conditions or medications may prevent you from receiving specific treatments safely. Please disclose all health concerns prior to your appointment.

    • If you are pregnant, please notify us when booking. Some services may be modified or restricted for safety.

    • Please disclose any allergies to skincare or massage products before your session. We use professional-grade products but are not responsible for reactions if information is not provided.

    • All client information, including health history and session notes, is kept confidential and used solely to provide personalized care.

    • Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your session.

    • Street parking is available but limited. Downtown Brooklyn experiences heavy traffic, so please plan your travel time accordingly.

    • Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Promotions must be redeemed by the expiration date, and some blackout dates may apply.
