How to prepare for your massage

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to unwind, breathe, and settle in. This gives you a moment to transition from the outside world into your time of rest and renewal.

  • Wear soft, comfortable clothing that’s easy to change in and out of. You’ll undress to your comfort level — professional draping is always maintained for privacy and safety.
